No Support From Poor Management
Status: Employed
Lack of management support and zero incentive to keep hard working employees around. PTO is given based on weather you have a poly, not on time with the company. They provide mediocre "employee morale boosting events" that don't actually take those working on contract into account and send cheap "gifts" as a thank you. My management has never acknowledged my hard work and half the time can't be bothered to remember my name after 2 years with the company.
Pros
Decent insurance benefits and 401k matching
Cons
Mandatory unpaid lunch breaks, no support from management, zero work life balance

They only care about how much they can get out of the government
Status: Previously employed
They do not care about their workforce. They claim to be willing to give time off for circumstances but when the time is requested it is denied. They do not provide training when they have caused you to have to change to a differently run position and expect too much production without proper training. They are. I better than the horrible company they were over twenty years ago. They do not care about their workforce because there are so many people who need work, they can just keep hiring new people. They buy out contracts so contractors are worked to work for them.

Flexible, not great pay, absent managers
Status: Previously employed
Flexible hours. Very easy work. Some people are awesome and helpful. Management made promises to help with advancement and training, so I took the job. Bait and switch. Absent manager in my specific case, little to no direction. Didn’t meet anyone who is unpleasant, but overall pretty disorganized. Left hand doesn’t know what right is doing. A solid 2.5 out of 5. My job was easy, but frustrating lack of support and responsiveness from some people in management. Some people worked hard, some don’t do anything.

Nothing to see here, move along
Status: Previously employed
A lot of transiency! Good people leave frequently, some after a very short time. Knowledge sharing is a no-go. It was a red flag when my interviewer asked what I would do if my colleagues didn't provide information or support. Learned quickly why. Agile Lead could not manage the client and did not understand what the client was asking for which "trickled down" through requirements. Scrum meetings devolved into back-patting fests when the real Agile Scrum Master quit. Lastly, as benefits degraded the excuse offered was CACI was more in line with other large companies: and there you have it. CACI is now just another large company.

Best Company I Have EVER Worked For!
Status: Employed
I love this entire company. From the leadership to the people on my team, we are all working towards the same goal and that is apparent in the atmosphere within. I have an amazing work-life balance and am able to raise my daughter and not feel over-worked. Benefits are good and have not had any issues. Raises are consistent, but does not factor in inflation costs. Overall, I am extremely happy and am proud to work at such a great company that makes an impact on the greater good.
Pros
Benefits, Pay, Atmosphere, Work-Life Balance
