Was a fun place to work and I learn a lot, but the culture has eroded. I feel like my work is less impactful vs when I first stared. The people here are great, but favoritism is also rampant.
Pros
Friday Professional Development Time
Cons
Top-Down Culture

Great place to intern
Status: Previously employed
I had the opportunity to work with a lot of brilliant people in various departments who took pride in what they were doing. Company celebrations for individual achievements were frequent. My manager told me that the company spoils interns and makes it difficult to work anywhere else and I agree with that.
Pros
Free Friday lunch, great company culture, good work/life balance from what I could see
Cons
Several slow periods as an intern, lack of feeling like I was making any real impact

Carfax was a good company to work for, they had so many activities for people to do all the time and many games within the building to play with your friends and co-workers. They had alot of parties and happy hours during work. Amazing place.

Potential for a great company
Status: Previously employed
Working remotely was a great option, having the ability to flex my schedule as needed was great as well. There isn't an actual training that occurs. You're mostly bounced around and then told from upper management not to ask any teammates questions directly, which can result in hours or days without an answer. There isn't any additional training if you are needing extra assistance. Interaction with teammates is very limited. The culture is very obvious that if you don't "fit" in with them then you're out. This is something that is constantly reminded by management. A lot of favoritism, which management voices freely.
Pros
Remote work, flexibility in schedule
Cons
Healthcare, benefits, lack of direction

Perfect for Managers!
Status: Previously employed
Perfect for Managers not so much everyone else! For some reason the company only cares about management but when you're at a lower level your voice isn't heard. Don't even bother going to HR, there's only 1 side to the story (Management).
Pros
Lunch
Cons
Manager and HR

Churn and Burn culture
Status: Previously employed
for most sales jobs they are always hiring and promote their positive culture over job security and supporting individuals to succeed. Need more coaching and growth development and not always looking to motivate with fear as you are easily replaced.
Pros
free food and fun activities
Cons
lack of real cohesive culture
