Great place to learn and grow
Status: Previously employed
Every employee works for a common goal and is willing to help out. The leadership team is always available and clear with the direction of the company.
Pros
Great people, tons of perks, great work/life balance
Cons
Growing quickly so you have to adapt...not necessarily a con.

They have free beer at work
Status: Employed
The work was fun for the first 12-15 months but then it becomes repetitive. If you are interested in progressing your career or moving up within the company, this probably isn' a good fit.
Pros
Fun, new building
Cons
Leadership

Cool Place
Status: Previously employed
Great place to work. The best part is the people! Certain positions are more stressful than others, some are more tedious. There is a high change pace

Best Company!
Status: Previously employed
Through this internship, I learn a lot about the real field. Their culture is just like other startups, freedom, but responsible. People are nice and the company takes care of employees

Cliquish atmosphere, clueless management, no process or resources available.
Status: Previously employed
This company began as a great place to work and I can't argue with the ability to work remotely. However, over the years, the company has become cliquish. The management simply pass the buck and regurgitate what they have been fed from above. There are no clear processes in place and suggestions or concerns are often responded to with lip-service. Those who are recognized as stellar employees are often not the ones who really pour their best selves into the job, but the ones who are the most willing to accommodate the unrealistic expectations set out. Those who provide an "alternate" philosophy or methodology are disregarded in favor of the Group Think that has run rampant throughout the company thus far. Over the last several years there has been frequent turnover in the leadership team due to the hive mind mentality and micromanaging. If you are unlucky enough to be targeted as someone they want to get rid of, you will be provided just enough rope to hang yourself before they Perp Walk you out of the building. Sorely disappointed at what this company has turned into over the years.
Pros
Remote work
Cons
Poor leadership, No adequate process or procedure, Lack of follow through for internal issues/requests.

Toxic Environment
Status: Previously employed
Things start out great (think rose-colored glasses) but you turn into a number and eventually the environment turns toxic and your mental health and work/life balance are in the toilet. They say they encourage innovation and want you to "challenge the process" to make things better but that's a lie. Don't ask questions or challenge anything or you'll be targeted as a troublemaker. Leadership is immature and gaslighting. Company goals are pushing to be the biggest and best while leaving existing clients to fend for themselves. No processes in place to support the kind of growth they're wanting and leadership at all levels is a joke.
Pros
Hardworking peers
Cons
Everything else
