Rough new management
Status: Previously employed
Sold out to a PE that chopped employment. A lot of employees that had been there for years were either let go or had their position radically changed.
Pros
flexibility
Cons
Stressful

Awesome work environment and great work culture. Laid back office environment where focus is on getting the job done. Very supportive staff and management.

No opportunities for advancement.
Status: Employed
Quite simply the company is infatuated with outside hires and does not promote from within. The pay is also far below the industry standards for a number of positions.

Flexible work environment for Life / Work Balance
Status: Employed
I was lucky enough to have a fully remote position offered by Granicus. Most other positions are at least partially remote, if desired. They offer a flexible PTO policy which allow ease of scheduling appointments or allow for other family needs throughout the week. Depending on the client, I will start my day as early as 6am PST and end as late as 6pm. That isn't a typical day, as It depends on the client's timezone. I try to be as flexible as possible, but you can pretty much determine your own schedule, within reason. Being remote does have its challenges, but Slack is a great tool to keep people in the loop on product issues and other concerns. When I worked in the physical office, it was a good work environment with a lot of excitement. When a client is happy and gives great feedback / refers another potential customer is the best part of the job
Pros
Remote work options
Cons
Remote employees can feel isolate sometimes
