Its not a bad company but no job security at all. Needs new management and to actually care about their employees!! No reason they have 4 layoffs in one year

Sinking ship
Status: Employed
Yikes, where do I start. Overall good decent people trying to do the right thing. Unfortunately, they don't know how to do the right thing since there is no clear direction from the top. Leaders don't know what the business model is and/or how to execute one without it being a complete disaster. Customers are not happy and don't come back. Makes it seem like everything you do is a waste of time and a waste of investor money.
Great pay and benefits
No direction, not profitable, poor products and execution
