Don’t do it
Status: Previously employed
No where to move up unless you are friends with people. Pay is terrible. They don’t give fair raises according to the work you do for the company. They are always short staffed and don’t pay the people more who do the jobs of 3 people. They say in emails they appreciate you but they don’t show it. The company has gone down hill!

Challenging, Productive, learning experiences, fun place to work, co-workers and supervisors are always there to help.
Status: Previously employed
A typical day at work is working independently, time management, scheduling diagnostics within reasonable locations for patients, so providers can treat and release the injured employee back to work.
Pros
bonus's free lunches, free breakfasts and more
Cons
It can be stressful at times to meet deadlines and or quota's when there is a staff shortage

Glad to be gone

I worked for One Call 7 years. In the beginning it was a great place to work for. Over the years morale and advancement slowed down a great deal. Promises for advancement diminished. Most managers recommended friends for promotions rather than competent qualified candidates, this was seen in most departments. Work life has been more meaningful and less stressful since leaving One Call.
Pros
remote
Cons
no promotions, no employee incentives, same old mundane day to day stuff!

Enjoy working from home
Status: Employed
I started in November 2021 and i LOVEEEE IT. its actually the best job i ever had. Pay is a little low, but i am ok with that as it is low stress for me and i do not have to pay for travel. Managers and coworkers are awesome always there when i need them and there is 0 micro-management!

Over worked and under paid.
Status: Employed
In the beginning it was a manageable work load but after 4-6 months it started getting excessive. Management always tells me to ask if I need help or have any questions, but every time I do it seems I’m redirected to others instead of answering questions directly. My manager is head of the department without ever having done the job personally and it shows. The job requires a bachelor and only pays $17/hr for starting. In general the company is good. I’ve never had any issues with payment or communication with higher ups or HR as needed. It all comes down to being over worked and under paid.
Pros
Remote, health insurance, good hours
Cons
Over worked, under paid, micro management
