The training was okay but needed to be longer and taught better, so many tech issues, supervisors are not trained properly either. When you need assistance with helping a provider and you ask for help it takes forever to get a response.

The supervisors are nasty and incompetent and on a power trip. they hire felons so they probably just got out of prison and should go back. Poor training and supervisors tell you to ask questions then don’t give you answers if you ask.

Easy tasks but managemeant is not very productive

Easy tasks, at least for the project that I am currently working for. But, applying for new positions is very difficult and your professional background is not taken into consideration for this purpose. This is a good job for students or people that are unemployed at the moment and are actively looking for something better.

Pathetic company and management

First and foremost the company site has mold and nobody can never say there isn’t mold. When clearly more than one person complains of headaches in company buildings. The work from home is nice except when you need to get in contact with your supervisor they are never there but when they need to get in contact with you they expect you to jump and it takes them hours or maybe days to respond. The computer systems are very trash the system stops working and they only wants to pay 2 hours because of there system issues. ( i currently am going through trying to get my pay from system issues ). One minute you are told something and the next minute it’s something different … ALWAYS KEEP A BIG PAPER TRAIL WITH THEM THEY WILL TRY TO GET OVER ON YOU! This is a horrible company i would never recommend. The managers talk to you like trash or you are their child. The only thing good about this job is the pay but don’t get caught up with the pay it would be hard to do a schedule change or to request off.

Tiring and feels like solitary confinement

It was terrible. They have a camera on you 24/7, they yell at you over having Noise in the background that is out of your control. You’re secluded to your office 10 hours in a day with nothing to do but get yelled at. Good luck staying awake and not having a mental breakdown

Good place to meet people and good place to get your foot in the door. It's not a hard job at all, you just have to be willing to hit the ground running. From there, you'll succeed.
