This role will be an integral part of the Global AP Team helping support AP operations in all  Eventbrite entities.

As an Accounts Payable Administrator your main responsibility will be to:

  • Be able to initiate payable journal entries in all entities under the scope of the AP Global Function, according to the SLA, with correct accounting details and tax treatment 
  • Review and approve Requisition and PO details such as spend category, amount, attachments, approval workflow, services period, and quantity and prices, according to the SLA
  • Understand the Procurement to Pay process end to end 
  • Expense Report review and approval, which requires having a deep understanding of the T&E Policy in order to audit expense reports against it and give the correct advice to internal stakeholders 
  • Be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and provide clear instructions regarding all the global AP processes, guidelines and tasks. This requires the ability to give structure to issues and escalate them properly and in a timely manner 
  • AP inbox management: according to the SLA 
  • Answer supplier inquiries in all Eventbrite entities, reconcile and maintain supplier’s accounts
  • Partner with the other team members to ensure the accomplishment of every payment due date
  • Meet monthly close deadlines
  • Prepare and explain the AP controls assigned to you and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in an environment of high growth and continual change
  • Be proactive and oriented to process improvements
  • Be detail oriented
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment 
  • As a US public company, understand the SOX environment and the controls in place 


  • CPA
  • Minimum of 3 year experience 
  • Advanced English Level: speaking and writing (mandatory)
  • Proactivity and oriented to process improvements.
  • Strong ability to communicate with internal and external customers regarding all AP matters 
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in an environment of high growth and continual change
