The Product team owns Lyte's product direction, solves needs across customer segments and ensures the company has the capabilities needed to reach its business goals. We are looking for a Business Analyst to improve the quality of the products we deliver by improving our processes for defining, documenting and developing them. In this role, you will work with teams and leaders across the company to ensure that stakeholders' needs are captured and converted into high quality requirement specifications. You will also help to document and communicate the Product team's vision, plans and business impacts. This role will provide both support and leadership across the organization.

  • Develop concise product specs that set clear expectations, scoping, and requirements
  • Plan, design and release measurable improvements that drive growth together with the team
  • Dig into analytics, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with the team to drive new initiatives — supplementing findings with user research as appropriate
  • Help to manage and align product roadmaps and backlogs with the company's vision
  • Work with engineers to determine the best solution to achieve our goals in a reasonable time frame and budget
  • Work with and learn from a team of fantastic product managers, actively growing into product management skillset and responsibilities
  • Create documentation and training materials for stakeholders and users of each product
  • Manage a knowledge base og project documents, artefacts, technical specifications, prototypes and diagrams to be accessible to relevant stakeholders

  • 3+ years of business analysis experience, ideally with B2B, B2C or SaaS products
  • Experience gathering and formalization requirements
  • Able to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Able to quickly learn, retain and synthesize new information
  • Experience at a fast-paced startup in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Smart decision-maker, proactive, kind, and curious
  • Fluent English (verbal and written, B2/C1)
  • Fluent Russian is a plus
