ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF)

This position reports to the Consumer Product Strategy Manager and is responsible for managing the Residential Solar Lending team, the external vendors involved with the business, and the day-to-day activities of the Residential Solar Lending runoff portfolio (~$800MM portfolio). The primary goal of the role is to mitigate risk associated with third and fourth parties, ensuring that a robust risk infrastructure is in place. In this role, the Product Manager II will ensure a smooth transition from final loan originations to portfolio runoff, while having a primary focus on responsibilities related to the loan servicing lifecycle (account onboard to servicing system through account close or post-charge off collections). This role is an individual contributor, although requires the ability to effectively work with critical partners including, but not limited to, Legal, Compliance Risk, Business Risk and Controls, and Operational Risk.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Manage a team of individuals dedicated to the Residential Solar Lending runoff business
  • Lead the business-as-usual (“BAU”) activities of the Residential Solar Lending runoff business
  • Effectively work as the main interface between KeyBank and external Solar vendors
  • Oversee the enhancement and execution of loan servicing processes, including but not limited to loan assumptions, collection strategies, call representative practices, etc.
  • Mitigate risk related to Third Party Management and Operations
  • Participate as a member of the Consumer Product Strategy Team, supporting the team’s long-term strategy with the Residential Solar runoff business

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of Business, Strategy Development or related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others - up, down and across the organization (within and outside of Consumer Product Management)
  • Demonstrated collaborator with proven ability to lead through influence and operate in a matrix organization
  • Ability to develop strong, trusted partnerships/relationships with the leadership team and critical stakeholder groups
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $85,000 to $123,100 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $85,000 to $123,100 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
