Starting Salary: $55,000

What you’ll be doing:

Staples Promotional Products is seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager to join our Marketo Marketing team. This position is responsible for the strategic implementation of marketing plans, collateral, and communication efforts for our program and SPO enterprise customers.

  • Create, launch, and report on large marketing campaigns, analyzing results and giving recommendations to the Marketing Analyst on improvements.
  • Develop and execute reporting within our Marketo platform. Provide solutions to the client, brand, and account service teams’ needs.
  • Aid in the creation and launch of marketing automation campaigns
  • Aid in converting Universal Google Analytics platforms over to GA4
  • Work in tandem with the Marketing Analyst to ensure the Marketo database is organized and contains clean data.
  • Collaborate continuously with internal team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of company marketing needs.
  • Transform your knowledge into effective marketing campaigns that deliver sales-driving results.
  • Track results for reporting on each campaign to recommend improvements and strategies for future campaigns in presentations to the client.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce effective marketing collateral.
  • Serve as project manager/lead to navigate marketing initiatives cross-departmentally.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Marketo
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications
  • 4+ years relevant work experience in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Project management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Writing and proofing skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with agencies and/or vendors
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficiency in email and eCommerce marketing
