As Senior Director, Demand Generation, you will lead a high-impact team of demand generation experts to drive the strategy and execution that will accelerate our growth by driving awareness, demand, pipeline and revenue for our scaling business. This is a highly collaborative and cross-functional position as you’ll partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and community teams to design and build campaigns across all target audiences. You’ll be responsible for leading strategy and execution across our Growth, Lifecycle, SEO, and Demand Generation functions. This is a fast paced, high-impact role uniquely well positioned to drive pipeline and power Ironclad’s hyper-growth trajectory.



What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and motivate a revenue marketing team that partners with GTM teams including marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver quality opportunities that contribute to our revenue goals.
  • Lead the team responsible for the planning, design and execution of digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and pipeline growth globally.
  • Develop and own the strategy to generate and accelerate a global pipeline that supports Ironclad’s GTM motions and ultimately helps achieve revenue targets.
  • Determine the optimal strategy by product, market, and segment based on goals to drive customer acquisition; including content strategy, web experience, and SEO/paid tactics.
  • Forecast, analyze and report on the impact of campaign and demand activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and demand funnel velocity.
  • Use data to make informed decisions on an experimentation roadmap designed to improve conversion rates, account engagement, and pipeline creation.
  • Drive optimization of Ironclad’s website turning it into a high performing customer acquisition tool, driving customization, global readiness, and content performance.
  • Help lead, recruit, motivate, and mentor a team of high-performing, data-driven marketers.
  • Provide executive-level transparency to demand generation results in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual views.
  • Establish, measure, and report on target KPIs and budgets for demand generation programs and campaigns to ensure spend is allocated to the highest-performing marketing tactics delivering the best ROI.
  • Establish key business KPIs and understand underlying drivers to build out strategy and identify new opportunities; build processes for tracking, measuring and reporting results.

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing. 
  • Proven experience building and scaling demand generation functions for high growth, global B2B SaaS companies.
  • Curiosity and genuine interest in Ironclad’s product, mission, and industry; including a desire to change the way companies and legal departments handle contracts.
  • A love of analytics and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and ROI. 
  • Identifying actionable insights to achieve crucial KPI’s and quarterly and annual metrics.
  • Strong understanding and experience with data-driven decision making and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Experience with core marketing technology products, specifically marketing automation, attribution, and ABM tools.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present analyses, ideas and results to executive leadership teams.
  • Creative, strategic, hands-on approach with a highly collaborative team.
