As a Solutions Architect, you'll be an instrumental part of the solution design and implementation process for large, complex clients. You will be an expert in the technical details of our product, integrations, and partnerships. You will use strong presentation and technical skills to guide our clients on how the product will fit into their tech stack. You will work with a multi-functional team, including engineering and product to craft custom technical architecture and work alongside our marketing and security team to make sure the design is secure. Part of this role will be working as a member of the account team during implementation to ensure the successful execution of custom solutions. You will be responsible for the creation and upkeep of technical documentation to support sales motions, including data flow, platform architecture and security regime. Your support will be used with the sales team on the technical components of requests for proposals (RFPs).

Ideally, you are a person that clients have come to respect and trust due to your ability to communication and articulate complex ideas in a simple way as well as listen to various perspectives and prescribe the best course of actions. Additionally, your team views you as a hyper-effective person who can dig into the weeds, pull up to connect back to strategy, and generally has a "get stuff done" attitude. Candidates who will be most successful in this role will have experience in a similar role at an enterprise application software company. You have experience in working with sales and services to deliver prospect/client needs.
