Designs cross-functional solutions to address business problems for the Ohio/Kentucky market. This work results in initiatives that significantly impact company strategy enabling Aetna to be competitive in the marketplace and effectively serve its customers. Partners with business owners to optimize the achievement of strategic business objectives, to include profitable growth and improved organizational effectiveness. (Focus includes one or more of the following disciplines: Management consulting, business process/project consulting, financial strategic analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning, and, or risk management consulting).

Accountable for designing conceptual models, contracting, initiative planning, business results and ongoing client relationship management and satisfaction for smaller to moderate scale and complex high value initiatives and parts of larger initiatives that impact the delivery of products and services to the internal and external environment. Responsible for providing guidance and direction to external vendors, external consultants, consulting team members and/or matrixed staff as required in support of initiatives. Accountable for transferring knowledge, best practices (external and internal), methodology and tools to client organizations. May be responsible for concurrent initiatives as team lead and/or team member, based on resource requirements.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 75,400

Maximum: 158,300

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this

position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of Medicare experience, with direct exposure to sales and/or operations, and a demonstrable understanding of CMS rules and regulations.

Education

Masters degree preferred, but not required.

College degree and/or equivalent experience.
