Sr. Partner & Field Marketing Manager
- 5+ years of marketing program management experience
- 3+ years creating new campaign programs from the ground up
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, tech, or 4+ years’ experience in marketing
- Experience in nonprofit space or non-profit partner organizations
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly capable, self-directed Senior Partner and Field Marketing Manager, to help drive awareness and customer adoption of AWS’s cloud computing solutions to/with/through US Public Sector partners selling to Nonprofit groups.
You will work both strategically and tactically and use your exceptional analytical experience to create joint marketing programs with Public Sector partners to drive sales and manage partner MDF programs as well as field marketing budgets. In this role, you will develop strategies to deliver joint partner marketing programs that enable Pubic Sector Nonprofit partners and customers to acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers and deliver growth in revenue from AWS services. You will develop a deep understanding of the AWS technology partner ecosystem and Public Sector priorities to define and execute marketing plans with US partners to support growth objectives. You will work closely with top AWS Technology partners to develop and execute best-in-class joint- marketing plans. You will act as the primary marketing contact for the US Nonprofit partner sales, account teams, and partner strategists - including regular participation in team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions. You will also act as the primary marketing contact and consultant for strategic nonprofit partners to build and execute joint marketing plans and programs. You will constantly monitor and support partner utilization of MDF and enable appropriate spend of MDF on marketing initiatives as well as serve as an expert resource on process, guidelines and options for partners.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute best-in-class marketing strategy and plans to drive awareness, leads, customer adoption, and usage of the AWS platform through Nonprofit Partners
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns for to-partner and through-partner execution
- Create innovative programs to scale efforts to support the US Public Sector ecosystem of partners
- Collaborative partner with sales and business development teams to ensure that the field has the right technical, marketing and sales content needed to present to/with our partner ecosystem
- Travel, in the US and abroad, as necessary to execute marketing initiatives
- Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted, measured marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through completion and metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to tie marketing programs to ROI metrics.
- Ability to develop effective marketing assets (videos, eBooks, whitepapers, and webinars) within tight deadlines.
- Strong team player, motivated to work collaboratively across a variety of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry tools including Salesforce.com, Marketo, HTML, and analytics packages.
- Digital marketing experience across email, search, and paid media.
- Accomplished range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and execution.
- Professional level presentation and written communication skills.
The base pay range for this position in Colorado is $118,200 -160,000(hr/yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act.
The pay range for this position in New York City is $118,200 -160,000(hr/yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
